when joined create a standing form of Santa Claus, embossed with 'Hello Kiddies!!' across the bottom. The side
loops are marked "GRISWOLD MFG. CO., ERIE, PA." "897" "898"
Griswald MFG Co. was active from 1885 to 1957 in Erie, PA.
Today the original 1940's mold is extremely popular with collectors as a sort of 'Holy Grail' piece for many
collectors of Griswold cast iron kitchen items.
