Our eBay store is located in McKinney, Texas. We specialize in selling a wide selection of brand new event tents (wedding and pop-up), greenhouses, grow tents, gazebos and carports at affordable prices. We pride ourselves in being able to offer our customers free ground shipping to locations within the lower continental 48 U.S. States. We are dedicated to bringing the highest quality tents to the US market. By our company by-passing dealers and manufacturing our canopies and tents, we can bring the savings to you.

- All forms of payments are accepted via PayPal.
- Orders paid via debit card may take 3 to 5 days to clear. We will ship your item once the payment is cleared.
- Payments must be received within 5 business days after auction ends.
- Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax. Thank you.
- We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason.
Shipping

- All orders are shipped out via FedEx Ground or USPS. You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use a customer's personal account to ship an item.
- Make sure to submit the correct shipping address when you check out. If you require your item to be sent to a different address after you complete checkout, we have to refund you and ask you pay again with correct shipping address.
- Regardless of what may be advised by the carrier, we cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. Having to reroute a shipment back to our offices will result in a restocking and return shipping fee being applied to your refundable amount for the purchase.
- Usually orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within the next business day Mon-Fri, following confirmed payment. Carrier needs 3 to 7 business days to deliver the packages to you. Time frames will differ for orders that have to ship by LTL (Freight). Please check the scheduled delivery time on eBay.
- Tracking numbers are sent via email to the buyer automatically by carrier. If you do not receive one by next business day Mon-Fri, please contact us by email.
- All of our items are shipped out brand new. If the package appears damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. After you receive the package, please open to check the contents and email us immediately if you find any missing or damaged parts. We will contact FedEx for the damage or partial lost claim.
- We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. States. Shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO Address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska is not available.

- When receiving the merchandise, please check the entire shipment within the allowed return time frame provided on our listing.
- Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 14 days. Pictures MUST be provided to the seller in order to initiate a damage claim for your purchase.
- If you have a claim, please email us with you order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Please be aware that our company will only cover the shipping cost to send missing or defective parts by FedEX Ground one time. Therefore, we recommend that you check thoroughly before you email us. Any additional parts that need to be shipped after initial claim filed will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

- All items are brand new. Within 14 days from receipt of your item, we can accept an item back that is found to have a manufacturer defect and has not been used/assembled. Between 14-30 days after the delivery, we can only provide parts, replacement or repair service.
- All returns must be approved before you ship any item back to us. If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package and it will be returned to you.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging. No Exceptions.
Any item that does not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a return.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fee of non-faulty items. If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from total refund amount.
- Restocking Fee will be charged for any item(s) without original package, abused, altered, or damaged by accident. If the order is not found to be defective, we will only refund 80% of your original payment, less the shipping fee we spend to ship the order to your address.
- Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 5% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Please make sure we authorize your return.
